  Sexual Harassment Prevention Training -
California AB1825 Requirements
CONCERN: EAP’s on-line Sexual Harassment Prevention training is designed to meet all requirements of AB1825 including:
 
  Content developed by employment law experts knowledgeable in both Federal and California employment law
  Two-hours to complete
  Areas covered includes
    Discrimination
    Harassment
    Retaliation
  Interactivity
    Ability to ask questions on-line and get a response from employment law experts
    Testing after each section of the training requires that questions be answered correctly before proceeding to the next section. Questions answered incorrectly will be responded to with rationale as to why the answer was incorrect, and will give participant the chance to go back and try again.
    Upon completion, participant can print out the certificate of completion.
  HR contact is notified of successful completion by employee for tracking purposes

    Ability to include your company’s Sexual Harassment Policy and require participants to review and acknowledge that they have read it
