We expand our network as our
business expands and we continually
evaluate the number and location of our
network providers to ensure optimal
coverage. We require 5 years post
licensure experience and seek skilled,
well-trained counselors with experience
in assessment, crisis intervention,
short-term counseling, and community
resource referral.
CONCERN: EAP is always interested in
expanding its network with counselors
who have expertise in Alcohol and
Substance Abuse, Critical Incident
Stress Debriefings, working with special
populations, and offering counseling in
languages other than English. We also
look for counselors who have the skill
in facilitating on-site crisis groups.
