We also offer flexible access options, like our toll-free 800 number, online request for work/life services, and HIPAA compatible online request for counseling, enabling users to be quickly and efficiently routed to the appropriate specialist. We deliver services through a network of licensed clinical providers, work/life service consultants, and professional corporate trainers. Clinical counseling takes place in the privacy of the provider’s office in close proximity to the work or home location of the plan member. Our work/life resources and referrals are delivered through a combination of phone, email and person-to-person consultations. Trainings are delivered either onsite or via webinars, as requested by the employer group.
Our provider network consists of highly skilled, seasoned, licensed clinicians who deliver short-term, problem-focused counseling. We seek providers with a minimum of five years of post-licensure (LCSW, PhD, MFT) experience.
Our providers have a broad range of EAP skills and clinical specializations to meet our plan members’ needs. These specializations include substance and alcohol abuse, crisis support, counseling in languages other than English, and many other skills that address the broad range of EAP issues.
CONCERN's counselors live and work in the same communities as our plan members. This ensures optimal working knowledge of available and appropriate resources that are an important part of helping people solve their personal problems.
